Mike KIng - Forbearances & Loan Modifications

Mike King is considered the country’s leading Forbearance, Loan Modification and Short Sale teacher. For years, Mike has helped thousands of people save their homes from foreclosure. And in the process, he has bought and sold tons of properties from people who couldn’t afford to keep their homes. 

Mike is able to keep about 30 short sales going at any given time and gets approximately 15 – 25 Forbearance or Loan Modification clients per month. 

Prior to being a real estate investor, Mike worked at companies such as Coca-Cola, Procter and Gamble and Citibank. After many years in the corporate world, Mike realized that working for someone else was not in his best interest. Fortunately for him, Mike met a friend at church, and they worked on building their forbearance business and grew it from one county in Ohio to six states. 

Mike still does his Forbearance business along with his real estate business but he also teaches other interested investors about his business model.
